PRO LINE PEOPLE
unforgettable and unique
a few notes from Linda Moyer:
My parents were both remarkable people. My mother, Daisy, lost her life at 34 in a car accident (1970) when I was 13 but luckily my Dad, Max Kaplan was with me for many more years. He lost his fight with Alzheimer's Disease on May 5, 2005 at age 84.
Daisy believed that you could be and do whatever you set your mind to, as long as you had the tools and the drive to go after it. Max was a shrewd and clever man who always thought a situation through completely, analyzing it and figuring out a plan of accomplishment.

Here is a wonderful picture of them both in 1953 in my mother's native land, Cuba, given to me recently by my Aunt Eva, Daisy's only sister.

FLASH "TROPICAL" PANTOPHLET  July 29, 1951-January 10, 2008

Flash and Don Moyer were partners in the first PRO LINE MUSIC store in St. Maarten. In fact, it was Flash who convinced Don that opening his own music store, which had been a dream of Don's, was not only possible but something he must do. Together they made it happen, and spent many happy days running that little shop together.

Flash battled lung cancer for 2 years (and he never smoked) until he lost that brave fight.
We will love him always, and without him, PRO LINE MUSIC would have never happened.
He was a strong, handsome, stubborn, dynamic, talented, charismatic man. He played the steel
pans and keyboard, and with his wide, sincere and exuberant smile entertained people and made them feel wonderful. He loved playing music, and being around other people who did.
